Early Childhood Program
At Kormah Shepherdhood Mission School System (KOSMISS), our Early Childhood Program provides a caring, engaging, and supportive foundation for our youngest learners. Operating from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, the programme is designed to nurture children’s intellectual, social, emotional, and creative development in a safe and welcoming environment.
Through age-appropriate learning experiences, interactive activities, and guided exploration, our young learners develop essential skills in literacy, numeracy, creativity, communication, and positive character formation. We encourage curiosity, confidence, independence, and a love for learning from the earliest stages of education.
Our dedicated teachers provide personalized attention and compassionate guidance, ensuring that every child feels valued, supported, and prepared for a successful journey through lifelong learning.
Upper Elementary, Junior & Senior Secondary Education
Our Early Childhood Program, offered from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, creates a caring, safe, and engaging learning environment where young children develop essential skills and build a strong foundation for their future education. Through interactive learning experiences, children strengthen their abilities in literacy, creativity, communication, and character development while exploring their interests and talents.
With the guidance of our dedicated educators, learners are encouraged to ask questions, discover new ideas, and develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning.
Computer & Information Technology Program
From upper elementary through 12th grade, students at Kormah Shepherdhood Mission School System (KOSMISS) are introduced to the transformative power of technology. Our Computer and Information Technology Program is designed to develop essential digital competencies, beginning with foundational computer skills and progressing to more advanced applications and technological concepts.
Through technology-integrated learning, students gain the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to navigate the modern digital world. We prepare our learners to embrace innovation, solve problems creatively, and compete successfully in an increasingly technology-driven global society.
E-Library & Smart Learning Hub
At Kormah Shepherdhood Mission School System (KOSMISS), our E-Library provides students with a modern digital learning environment designed to support academic growth, research, and lifelong learning. Powered by an advanced SmartBox technology system, the library offers a wide range of educational resources covering learners from Nursery through 12th grade.
Our digital collection includes over 1,300 e-books, a dedicated Biblical Resource Library, inspiring audio and video materials, and faith-based educational content that supports both academic and spiritual development. The platform also provides access to biblical films and resources designed to support seminary and theological studies.
With the ability to connect more than 50 laptops to the server and supported by available Chromebooks, our students benefit from a flexible and interactive learning experience that combines technology, knowledge, and faith. Through our E-Library, KOSMISS continues to promote innovation, digital literacy, and access to quality educational resources for every learner.
Agriculture & Sustainable Palm Project
At Kormah Shepherdhood Mission School System (KOSMISS), we believe in developing both knowledge and practical skills that prepare students for real-world opportunities. Our Agriculture and Sustainable Palm Project connects classroom learning with hands-on agricultural experience, allowing students to understand modern farming practices while actively participating in sustainable development.
Through this initiative, students learn the principles of agriculture, environmental stewardship, and food production in the classroom before applying their knowledge on our 50-acre farmland located in Nyandemoilahun Town, approximately one hour from Voinjama City. With more than 1,000 palm trees, the project provides valuable practical training in sustainable agriculture, entrepreneurship, and resource management.
Beyond education, this project reflects our commitment to empowering young people with skills that can improve livelihoods, strengthen food security, and contribute to Liberia’s agricultural and economic growth. At KOSMISS, we are preparing students to become innovative thinkers and responsible contributors to the future of sustainable development.
